Vanquishing a depressing Winter

        Winters can put us into a depressing plight, perhaps this can be a counter effect due to the reduced probability of a quick refreshing walk and hardly opened doors/window that could not emerge sanguine thoughts. And the predominant reason being the early onset on dark hours putting us into calm somber colours.

Let me quickly pepper you with some magic positivity by pulling off some of the incredible way that's self creatable.

1. Musical instruments: Music has always opened a door of enlightening mood. For instance, a favourite loop of playlist amuses us even on the frustrating vessel washing task. And creating a piece of music out of you enhances the effect. Buy any musical instrument you have always fascinated and start producing some music waves around you. It's never too late or it aint any rocket science.

2. Do the task that's long overdue: If you had noticed on the travel trend over different seasons, winter has always secured the lowest percent since people are reluctant to tour freezing the palms. And in comparison to the productivity, this scores the highest. So Cold is the best time to finish off your time consuming work/ pursue the course you have always wanted to. Distraction is minimal.

3. Get some fresh oxygen: Freezing snow would not tempt us to go for a walk, biologically more the oxygen is, more efficient will our brain be and refreshes any ring of compelling negativity around you into blooming thoughts. So buckle up, wrap into 999999 number of clothes and sense the beautiful nature.

4. Spend more time with your loved ones: Send a post card to your loved ones or enrapture the moment, in person. Despite the millions of digital platforms, a vintage nudge induces a human touch :) Vintage is CLASSic. 

5.  Keep your place cozy: Lighten up the scented candles, or if you're a fire place person, array it :) Coziness gives more comfort and delight indeed. Now is the time to get into your most favourite warm blanket. 

6. White out: I know getting dressed up is the most hardest part in winter, since you got to wear multiple layers and the SHOE. But, trust me, snow is the most beautiful part of the season, the white rejoices different emotions in us as a rainbow of colors. Get your gloves snowy and mark it memorable :)

7. Nap nap nap: And finally, you can perfect nap in winter. Scrap away any guilt conviction. Nap is the most amazing thing to do in Winter. Just zzzz.....!
